State Farm Tim Rosene

Absolutely horrible service. Do not go to this State Farm office. Do not even deal with State Farm. Horrible insurance company. The Tim Rosene office cannot even handle the simplest changes in a timely manner and you will end up paying a much higher amount because the changes were never made. I ended up canceling my State Farm insurance. After 6 months the changes are still not made.

I have had State Farm Home Owners and Car Insurance for almost 40 years. When I purchased my home in Reno 14 years ago, I wanted to stay with State Farm. I asked a few folks who they would recommend and Tim Rosenes name was mentioned a few times. I am grateful I chose him. 5 years ago, we had a few sections of fence blow down due to our high winds in Northwest Reno. Tim came through for us and helped us through the process of selecting a contractor. He is personable, professional and super friendly. His office staff is also very helpful and friendly Trystan and Constance have helped me numerous times over the phone with my policies. I feel fortunate to be in such good hands.

We have been using State Farm for several years and found the pricing to be very reasonable for everything we insure. Tim & Trystan have unbeatable customer service and have helped us through insuring several new vehicles, a new house and even flood insurance. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to provide solutions!
