Porsche of Reno

I had previously left a 1 star review couple years ago. It seems like they recently had an overhaul of facilities and staff. Porsche now has its own building with much nicer facilities, and most importantly the staff was courteous with prompt updates and followup. Christi and Brandy kept me posted throughout. This is a harsh contrast from Mercedes service department across the street (and also the service manager from couple years back).

The customer service here is terrible. It took 4 days longer than it was suppose to for a simple 50K service. We couldnt get in touch with our service contact and the service manager is unresponsive. If you can, take your car somewhere or anywhere else.

Ive come here twice and have had poor service (first for buying then for service) both times. They dont know specs of the higher end, more unique models and are not indicative of Porsche service standards. I ended up purchasing at another dealership as a result of their incorrect information about the specs of a vehicle I had researched extensively during the buying process and then upon returning for a service appointment, was mansplained about the service and told incorrect information that could have damaged my cars engine. I wouldnt come here again, especially not if youre a woman who wants to be treated respectfully.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Porsche Reno, and I must say it was nothing short of a nightmare. The issues I encountered primarily revolved around their abysmal communication, horrendous response time, and an utter lack of willingness to be helpful. From the get-go, trying to reach someone at Porsche Reno felt like a futile exercise. Phone calls went unanswered, and when I finally managed to get through, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It's as if customer service is a foreign concept to them. The lack of communication was not only frustrating but also reflective of a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. The response time from Porsche Reno was beyond appalling. It felt like I was dealing with an organization stuck in the dark ages, relying on carrier pigeons to transmit messages. Emails went unanswered for days, and when I did receive a response, it was vague and uninformative. I expected more from a brand associated with luxury and prestige. What struck me the most was the sheer unwillingness of the staff to be helpful. It was as if they took pleasure in my inconvenience. Any attempt to seek clarification or assistance was met with indifference, leaving me to navigate the issues on my own. For a company dealing with high-end automobiles, the lack of customer care is downright shameful. In conclusion, my experience with Porsche Reno has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The trifecta of bad communication, horrible response time, and an unwillingness to be helpful makes me strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of other luxury car dealerships that understand the value of customer satisfaction, and I would strongly recommend exploring those options instead. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment steer clear of Porsche Reno.
