Tesla Showroom

I made a service appointment on my 2023 Model 3. The tech could not hear the noise my wife and I heard from our rear wheel . They closed my ticket. I went in on Friday the 16th at 7:50 am and was told by Richard that they were not open yet (not friendly or professional but rude) even though he was already checking in another customer. I just said never mind and left. Their service dept. so far below luxury car or any new car that have experienced.

They input the MSRP on my EDRS (Registration) form wrong and no one will respond to me to correct it. They are not following DMV or IRS rules, and they don't seem to care. Absolutely ZERO customer service once you take the car.

I was hesitant in going electric. We test drive the Tesla Model Y and it was such a smooth ride, very comfortable. Went back for a second test drive before placing our order. Our sales rep Bill was amazing through the whole process. Always updating us as we waited for it. Originally told between February and March, then mid to late March. Then to our surprise February 21st through February 28th! We picked up our beauty on Friday February 24th. Every test drive they were prepared for us and we were in the car within 5 minutes!! Fastest and smoothest car buying experience ever!!

Recent repairs on my Daughters 2021 Model 3. Brian took extra great care of us on our recent visit. He even helped with a very expensive Warranty issue. He took it up with his manager and they both just took care of it. That is what makes a 5 star facility. Going out of their way for the customer. Brian has helped in the past with one day service and things fixed the first time. I own a Model X and a Tesla powerwall with solar. This company is paving the future. Great service and caring staff are as important as the products that support this new tech. Thank you!!
