If I could give negative stars I would. They screwed me hardcore. Took money out of my account without permission, repo'd when payment wasn't late, sold it at auction within 30 days of repo and RESOLD it on their own lot! And not a single lawyer in Reno Would take the case because they all represent Mountain West. SCAM ARTISTS BIG TIME!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Bought a car. Just never felt right. Didnt offer to change the oil. The horn doesnt work. Feel like they just used me for the jeep I traded in. They were your buddy til you sign the papers. Just what to tell you think it throughly threw. Be for signing.

After working with us just fine for several months, MWA seemingly closed. For several months they made it difficult to pay our bill and we had to travel to Reno to pay in person. Then suddenly they have nobody there regardless of day/time, no stock in the lot and they aren't returning calls. It is fishy that there is no signage or notice to the current customers about changes to their financing or who the new leanholder would be, nor is there a single person answering phones. If I lose my vehicle to default because of their mistakes I will be furious
