I only used uhaul because this location was close and convenient for me. The morning I was going to pickup the truck they changed the pickup location to a place that was all the way across town. The truck was rented out to me with the gas tank a quarter empty. The truck was beat up and the cab literally smelled as though homless people were living in it. I had to endure that smelly dirty cab the entire distance of my move. The truck was in terrible working order and was difficult to keep centered in my lane. I will never use uhaul again. Uhaul needs to get their act together.

Shout out to Carolyn for going above and beyond. I was late for my appointment and they changed my location last minute and I had to drive almost 20 minutes to the new location but Carolyn stepped in. She took care of me without me having to drive 20min across town. Thank you so much Carolyn you made my day!!! We need more people like you

Pretty good experience, truck needs a little bit of adjustment when it comes to alignment but customer service was great, lady at the desk was super nice and informative, was in and out in few minutes.

I was charged a cleaning fee when I returned the uhaul super clean. Management said they couldnt do anything and to dispute with Corp.
