Just bought a home and had a issue with a piece being broke on the toilet my home warranty sent them out and had to pay the service fee to find out they said that it "wasn't normal wear and tear" so since they said that in the report its not covered to be fixed so thank you for that even tho it wasnt my fault

DO NOT EVER USE!! "TECHNICIANS" so they call themselves are not worth a dime. Very unprofessional and DO NOT keep you updated on anything throughout your 3 day wait for a hot water heater. After being told it would be between 4p and 7p before they could bring it and install, the idiot called at 6:30p to say they didn't have one in stock. However, when speaking to office lady from Union Plumbing to reassure they would arrive and have everything on truck and her saying "yes he has everything he needs" makes no sense. Someone's nose is growing. Now they want $307 more dollars on top of the Home Warranty deductible I've already paid. They call it "for incidentals". But no paperwork for me to see these charges. All in all, save yourselves a headache and stay away from them. Put them on your "do not use" list with your Home Warranty Company.
