        Do not use this company. This company charged my parents a service fee to come out and work on some thing that the guy gave up after 10 minutes after he gave up and told us he needed to go get a different piece of equipment to finish the job my dad and I were able to use a snake we had at our house to clear the problem . My parents ask them for the service feedback since they did not do any job for them and they were told no out they told us that we needed to pay $600 to put in an unnecessary fitting in even though they werent coming back to work on the job. Horrible customer service, and the lady on the phone is very rude.
