If you have any plumbing issues this is the company to use. This is my second time using Raptor Plumbing and they were amazing both times and fixed all of the issues we were having. Raptor Plumbing gets a 5 star from me.
My water heater broke and I called them out to come fix it. The tech was nice and thankfully it was under warranty. They had one in the shop and was able to get it installed, however it was defective and we went all night without hot water.
They gave us $100 off the labor charge and showed pretty early the next morning. Very happy with the service even though it was a bit of a pain having no hot water for the night.
I know they have some less than 5 star reviews but the service I experienced was very professional and I was very happy with the $100 discount for the inconvenience of having no hot water!

Terrible experience. Im sure the will reply with some bs excuse but this company is deceitful. They would not even explain the damage when they were the original installers. Toilet was never fixed properly and this company lied, stole our money and did not warranty their work. Be very careful and proceed with caution with Raptor Plumbing Service: Toilet installation
