Although Dave and Cindy were friendly and prompt in response to our needing a new water heater, we are not happy with the fact that they removed our recirculation part. They indicated that it was leaking and wasn't something we needed. When we discovered that it was taking twice as long to get warm water at our faucets, we called them. We were told it would cost over $700 to replace that part. Not happy. We should have been told up front what it would cost to replace the part and leave it up to us whether we wanted to keep the old one or not.

My water softener was leaking and they came out and educated me on the entire system and how to use it properly and fixed the leak.
