This company is the worst if you have an emergency with your plumbing. I had a pipe crack outside the house on 3/3/24. I call Rooter Ranger Plumbing at 2:30pm, because they have 24 hr service. Spoke with very friendly lady on the phone, and she scheduled me in for that day. I get a phone call at 8:19pm that night and was told they do not have anyone available. The girl that I spoke with, told me that they were putting me on the priority list the first of the morning. They would be at the house at 7am. Monday morning 3/4/24. No call, No show. I had to reach out to another company and they were on the way. Thank you Javier Plumbing. A job well done!!!!!

Big thank you to Rooter Ranger Journey man Julian C. and Roddye M. . My whole house complete repipe with water heater had to be one of your more difficult jobs. Then you add in the vaulted ceilings for sh ts and giggles. Bottom line you did an excellent job. And now Seth thank you for everything you did to help keep the price down and your suggestions with my plumbing options. Big thanks again, James and Cheryl Messerschmitt

I would avoid this company at all costs. Save your money and time and get someone else. So this is what happened. We called them at 2;30pm on Sunday 03/03/2024 because we had an emergency, and our water was turned off. We were told that they would be sending a technician out. Then a few hours later we get a call saying they would be out between 7pm-9pm. Then at around 8:30pm we were called backing saying they were running late. Then another call saying they had no one available to come out. We were without water, so this was unacceptable. If they weren't able to send someone just say so, then we could have contacted someone else. We were told we would be placed on a priority list and a technician would arrive on at 7am on 03/04/2024, but they were a no call no show. After reading some of the reviews I guess they did us a favor. We got someone else and they arrived within an hour, he was on time and only charged us $220 to get us back up with running water. Lesson learned, avoid Rooter Ranger Plumbing.
