I wouldn’t recommend them. Yes they repaired my computer but they were very unprofessional. I had to call myself to get updates on my laptop when they should’ve called me. I was told they only needed to do small repair, it tuned out to need an entirely new part and no one called me, I had to find out by calling to get yet another update. I was told on Friday that the part was out for delivery and it wouldn’t take any time to put the part in once it was received yet it wasn’t ready until Tuesday, that to me means that I was lied to. They didn’t even call me to tell me my laptop was ready I had to call them. When I called at 5pm I was told they were open until 7pm, I got there at 6:45pm that day and they were already closed. Very very very unprofessional!

The lackadaisical approach to the repair of my phone battery & screen is frustrating, to fix a screen or replace a battery shouldnts take 7-10 business days. Your phone will be fixed but the wait time is inexcusable. Absolutely inexcusable.
