Screen Repair Plus - iPhone Repair

I came in today at 4:37pm. I called the shop owner (Gadget) yesterday to buy a case and even tho they didnt have my phone case, he still recommended me to another spot that did. I didnt go their competitors because it takes a whole new level of customer service to offer a different shop to help a customer so I rather shop with Gadget. Since their grand opening when Gadget was working the counter AND doing repairs single handedly, hes ALWAYS provided amazing service. Ive gotten 3 family members phones repaired there and 2 friends; I purchased multiple cases for AirPods and any new phones I get from Go Gadgets. Been a consistent customer just because of the customer service Gadget provides. You can call the store and instantly know youre speaking to Gadget just based off the tonality in his voice ! Today when I returned to purchase a phone case, a smart comment by an employee was made when I was inquiring about pricing, I let it slide. Before I was even able to pick out the cases I wanted, another smart comment was made from the same employee regarding how nobody else barters with wal mart about their pricing, they only do it when they get here. Ok fine, Id rather shop with wal mart anyways now. Smart Alec comments arent a way to maintain long term clients. Products and repair turn around times have always been great, just customer service today completely failed.

My phone had extreme water damage and multiple repair shops across Vegas told me it was beyond repair. Came here and they had it up and running in under 10 minutes for a fair price too. your_favorite_white_boy90 was my tech and he did a great job. 100% would recommend to anyone who needs a tech fix.
