CVS

If I can give a zero star for this pharmacy I will do it. Called them early in the morning to ask for the prescription that was send to them the day before that but they said they didnt get it. So I have to called my doctor and she said she already sent it. So I called back again to CVS and then the same answer, NOTHING! Okay, called back to my doctor again this time she has to talk with the pharmacy directly. Now its work. However, I need my prescription to be delivery since I cannot drive because Im really sick so I make the request by online on same day delivery and then 1-2 hours later my request GOT CANCELED WITHOUT THE REASON! Okay called back to them again (every time I call, I have to wait on the line for almost 10 mins). And they said they can do redelivery request for me, then I hang up. Wait for almost 2 hours but nothing happened, so I check on my account but they didnt do anything for me, so I have to make the new request by myself! Fine, I did the new request and on the website they show that it supposed to be delivered today. I dont know its gonna come or not (I really need this medicine as soon as possible, if I can go pick it up I will go already without wasting my time on these suck services) but I have to try since I dont have a choice. I think this store need the improvements a lot with their system and people. If I have a choice, Im sure I will not do the business with the CVS (I never have a problem with Walgreens for my 7 years of my business with them)

Waited forty minutes for an id photo, during which time I had to deal with other customers, put me aside, and didn't serve me until I left

Very good, I'll take a photo, one waiter said no, another said the computer was broken, and I wasted an hour. I waited an hour.

The employees are always friendly. It hasn't been as well stocked as it had been in the past, assuming because of covid and or gas prices effecting deliveries. Pharmacy has been out of medication recently as well

Someone has just poor customer service! Went there one time to drop off package and guess what? She refused to accept it because they do not have space when i clearly see space for my package which isnt big either... i know what time normally ups guy comes so i went just in time and i told the ups guy and he said "thats weird" not to accept it so he told me to go back in and drop it off since he is picking it up. She is one of the laziest person Ive encountered... I mean, if you dont like your job, low pay and more work, then quit! Dont be rude to your customers... she is the meanest ive seen in this store. If you cant give customer service , then you dont belong in retail or places that has face to face encounter. She didnt even say it nicely. Like, i dont have time to talk to you. Go.. that kind of service I got... the worst!!!!
