Each time I call with a question or I need assistance with one of our several accounts with Bank of Nevada, she is helpful and knowledgeable. Her attitude is pleasant and always willing to help me with my issue or request, finding the best solution for me. I cannot say that with other bank employees, but Renee is fantastic!
