My problem here is these people made my son wait for 2 hours ,only to tell him that he needed a seckndary plan on his Medicare insurance as he just got it with no supplemental paperwork so in essence they could not provide his medicine.  Go down the road to CVS the pharmacist feed in the information and found the plan he was assigned and then processed and provided the medication thanks to CVS assistance we will not be using Walgreens for prescriptions any more.

All of the Walgreens in Vegas are going down hill. I pulled up to the pharmacy pick up window and it was all dark . So, figured the power went out. Waited a few minutes and the lights came back on. There was a girl at the front counter, slouched over the counter looking at her phone. She does not even bother looking over. Another girl walks over and says the power just came back on so we need a few minutes for the computers to come back up. I said ok ,  she then says maybe you should come back in an hour . Another girl walks over to her and says something. Then the girl says yea maybe 2 hours .. 2 hours for the computer to come back up . That's complete nonsense !!
