        did my auto loan through them. Wanted me to create a checking AND savings with them in order to make my payments online with them. If you pay over the phone its a 10$ fee. STAY FAR AWAY

        Silver State as a company may be decent but this branch is horrible. Inconsistent service based on who the manager is. Ive had an account here for over 3 years and have been depositing pay checks for at least 15 months and now all of a sudden they are holding them. Their reasoning? Oh we dont know why but they shouldnt have been doing that. Dont go to this branch if you still like banking with Silver State, save yourself the headache.

        This bank is terrible I would not recommend It . I been them there more than 2 years and I help them more than they help me I open a secured loan and credit card payed on time for 10 months even double paid on payments they tell you do all these things to re establish your credit build relationships with them and they you can apply with loan with them. You do all that then they come up with some underwriter story about credit mine you my credit went up 50 points mine you were in a pandemic .Sad never again!
