ITS BENN OVER 2 MOTHS and this place still has no ATMs available! That has to be against FCIC regulations

I gave this credit union one star because I've had enough dealings with them after today. I've been with them probably a little over 5 years now. With-in those years I've had two car loans and one personal  loan for RV. For the RV loan I had to put my savings up for collateral. Even though My first car loan I NEVER! MISSED!!! A payment. But still had to use my savings to secure that personal loan for RV. Within a couple of years of paying on the RV loan never MISSED! A payment. I tried to get them to release my savings account, because I thought I've showed good faith in my payments. But still credit union would not release my funds!. I finally paid off that loan a year later. 2 years ago I purchased another car through them. Today I wanted to extend my car payment out. Spoke to customer service, sign the extended app had to pay $25 for the extension. In that telephone conversation no​t once did they tell me I had to have six consecutive payments on time. I've had this car for 2 years and NEVER MISSED!!! A payment!!!.. Furthermore, I make my payments two weeks before the due date. And they denied my extension. My point is, I  have kept my accounts in good standing. May not have a lot of money in my accounts. But I've always seemed to have to jump through hoops with them. In regards to try to get the credit union to help me when I needed help!!. Their commercials state that we are the owners of said credit union. That's false!.. Think twice before you would join. ​I had enough of the disrespect from this credit union. I've abide by there rules, and what have I received in return, nothing but grief and disappointment!!!!. I'm done.

Never use this bank. They hold $50 of your money, and if you overdraft even a penny they charge you $28 and wont refund you

I moved here 2 years ago and learned the hard way a few years back you should never bank at an international bank because there are more protections federally. I decided on CCCU because the branch is 3 min from my home. I had a few minor hiccups in the beginning due to being a new resident to the city and state. The branch manager is amazing and has gone out of her way to make my wife and I happy and feel valued. The W. Sunset branch is worth bragging about!

Worked with Mrs. Wendy Santos for a high end auto loan and wow she was so amazing to work with!! So patient and thorough..she went above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions to get my loan approved, and then even increased. Highly highly recommend her for any type of loan!! Much aloha and mahalo to Mrs. Santos for all your help and amazing dedication!
