        Came in here 12 minutes before they closed for holiday break to open a new account. Most places would turn me away, but not One Nevada. The branch manager Efrain was very welcoming and happy to assist me in opening a new account, even though it could cut into his holiday time. He was quick in getting the account setup but did not make me feel rushed, and answered any questions I had. This is exemplary customer service and another reason Im happy to take my business from Citibank to this local credit union. Highly recommend!
