Clark County Credit Union

My father had an account of here He passed away back in 2019. Is the account was good until of may of this year 2024. I had legal troubles back in saint louis and was not able to get out here until now. I contacted them back when he passed away and let them know Then in which the account should have been froze until I could get out here too Recoupe what was left. They had told me that there was nothing they could do. They had fee' d out the account. Unethical no heart organization I would never recommend Never recommend anyone investing one single penny into!!

I am a member of CCCU with a savings account, a paid off auto loan, and a current auto loan. I recently was interested in opening a business account for a car dealer, and I was told they do not do business with car dealers. They have a huge paper sign on their exit door stating that they sell cars and to sell them your cars, and at the same time, they tell me that they do not service car dealer business accounts. How hypothetical and funny at the same time. Makes 0 sense. Makes me think twice to give these place any more of my personal business.

CCCU has exceeded all of my expectations. While I still have an account from a different Credit Union, CCCU surpasses every level of service, helpfulness and professionalism. Having a true full service credit union is a dying breed and Im fortunate to get everything from CCCU.

Very friendly employees, knowledgeable, helpful, and great attitudes. I like going back and visiting with the helpful clerks, and tellers. The girls there, and the guys are always friendly, and answering my questions, and very professional, etc. Thank you everyone at CCCU!
