Let me say I spent many nights worried the IRS would show up at my place of business or my home. A daunting feeling every day that you cannot share with others for fear they will judge you for not paying your back taxes. After signing all the documentation in power of attorneys I have not heard back from them in months numerous calls and voicemails now the voicemail box is full and you can’t leave a message anymore I’m guessing they are out of business

Wow! and double Wow! In June I was involved in a business transaction that had tax consequences and I not only didn't have a clue what to do about the taxes I didn't know even what type of person to hire to help me.
