Friendly and professional. I recently met Kyle and was extremely impressed by his demeanor, his niceness and his professionalism. I've known many CPAs over the years and lots of them are short tempered and impatient. Total opposite with Kyle, he was outgoing, friendly, nice, wanted to get to know me and took as much time as I needed. Gave me a very warm and fuzzy feeling about him and the business.

Met with him months and months ago, he was super nice.  Gave him some of my paperwork and the guy has gone MIA.  Called and called and emailed and nothing but radio silence.  Hope everything is ok but yeah don't waste your time.

After reading some of the other reviews, I see I am not the only one Kyle has screwed. For the people that didn't hear from him since May 2022, you were right. He was just choosing to ignore you because the last time I spoke to him was Nov 14th. Today I called his office, and his secretary said, "he was on a call with a client," and we would call me back. This is not the first time I've spoken to this secretary, and she tells me she would call me back, and nothing. Ive tried to contact him since Nov 16th and he has just blantaly ignored my texts, emails, and calls. He agreed to handle my reconciliations and certain forms and he just stopped answering me, because of his neglect I was fined thousands of dollars.  Today was the last straw, I give people the benefit of the doubt and understand we are all busy but if he couldn't do the work he should have said so.Kyle, I have correspondence where you agree to perform this services for me and you were well aware if the deadline. I will be taking legal action against you to recover the fines I had to pay. And I will make sure to contact Nevada State Board of Accountancy and consumer affairs.
