Months and nothing was done. Poor communication, left messages and didnt get call backs or was given a time for a call and didnt follow up. Weeks before getting an email response. If youre a small business owner, this is not the place for you. We are not good enough to be taken serious. Edit: they claimed I requested a call on the weekend which is completely false and are gaslighting me and disclosing information I shared with them. Racist white men. See the pictures for proof.

I've been using Swan and Gardiner since 2017 when I started my own small business. They were recommended to me by one of my clients who was super Type A and a CPA himself so I knew if he was using them, they would be good. I'm happy and proud to say that Matt Swan is more than good though, he is outstanding! His communication with me is always spot on and he ALWAYS gets back to me via email or phone when I need things throughout the year. As a new business owner in 2017, I didn't want to make mistakes but inevitably I did and Matt was there to guide me and help me when I needed him! He is truly the best! I literally can't say enough amazing things about Matt and his team! I have since moved to AZ from NV and because Matt works with businesses across the country, I was able to continue working with Matt and his team which I love!

Swan and Gardiner have been taking care of me for years - and I mean 'taking care of me.' They take the time to talk to me, I feel like they know me and understand my concerns and needs. I trust the principals and the staff. More than excellent.
