WHY post a local phone number for the Flamingo Hertz branch when that number just automatically rolls over to national voicemail? Stupid, at best as the purpose of posting the local branch phone number is for customers to be able to speak directly with an agent there during business hours. Get real Hertz!

Pre book your vehicle and you will surely get a car. The staff people were very helpful and helpful.

This place is the absolute WORST rental car place. I have never had as much of a run around as I have had with this place Hertz inside Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas. I have a feeling I'm not the first(If not CLASS ACTION SUIT). FirstRed Flag, I booked a rental ahead of time online for a big SUV(DID I RECEIVE THAT?NO!!!) They gave me a Nissan Rogue. Second Red Flag, I was parking through the hotels valet in which it was $40 because I was a regular member so the same day to cut out those fees. I leveled up and became a PLATINUM MEMBER ok cool NO MORE VALET FEES. So now take heed I only rented the compact vehicle for 1 Day. So now I take the car back 3:30pm ahead of my scheduled 7:30pm to Valet in which Hertz rental lobby closes at 1:30pm and I specifically told Valet it was a Hertz Rental return, so cool I'm done. THIRD I get all the way from Las Vegas and they call me talking about where is the car and I say it's at the hotel. I took a scheduled flight home not a car. I told Hertz to have Flamingo Hotel rewind their cameras because If I was going to steal a car it wouldn't be that. So now I get hit with a bill for $1000 for a 1 day rental for the hotel parking it in Valet in which I am a Platinum Club member. NEVER AGAIN RENT FROM HERTZ THE RED Flag CENTER
