You would have to work hard to create a process more slow and inefficient. What is the purpose of booking online if it takes 9 minutes per customer. We specifically reserved a truck over a month in advance which they did not have. The woman couldn't understand how a sedan was not an upgrade for us. Listening to the radio chatter of the other workers and you would think they are all at the bar pretending to work. In the end it took over an hour to get the car and was dirty inside.

Waited two hours for my rental car to be ready. The service representative was not helpful and I had to miss my meeting because of this poor service. Do not go here.

This rental was absolutely perfect. I had read reviews in advance and was a little worried, but my personal experience was excellent they let me pickup car at 1030am even though my reservation wasnt until 2pm. The car was clean and much nicer than we were expecting. Very happy customer.

The car we reserved was filty and not much of a selection. Online, it specifically said that they optimize having clean cars! I carry my own sanitizing wipes and had to use them all inside the vehicle and let me just say it was dirty! On top of everything, I had to clean the vehicle myself, and they were very short staffed, so I did not want to impose more responsibilities on the nice gentleman checking us in, becauseit was only him! I will never ever rent another vehicle from them again and will be waiting for some type of refund since we did prepay before our arrival!
