        After walking 30 minutes to pick up a reservation, and there not being any cars even though I reserved one- Me: what do I do next? Employee: I dont know, I guess wait. Ive been doing all this paperwork (shows a paper with lives in it Me: why do you reserve cars you dont have? We walked all the way here Employee: I dont know, I just work here Im not sure Ive seen worse business practices nor customer service.

        Booked a rental through the Hertz website that said a car was available. Walked 40 minutes to this location only to be told that they had no cars. Thanks for that, Hertz. Its 2024 - dont allow people to book cars through your website when you know that you dont have any available.

        Ron was an amazing service rep. that got my family a vehicle after the airport reservation had none for us when we arrived late at night after our flight landed. He has been the only reason we have not cancelled my long-time Gold membership permanently after an awful experience at the airport.
