We needed a garage refrigerator on short notice to replace an existing one that had broken down. Naturally, we did not require showroom new, and sought out dependable function over appearance, so this store perfectly fit our needs. Maybe the best part of the experience was that after describing our needs to the store manager, he did not push the most expensive or something with the "bells and whistles" that we did not need. Any questions we had were answered. Overall, a good experience and will definitely shop there again when the situation dictates. 4 stars out of 5 only due to the delivery experience which I do not consider their issue.

BEWARE - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!  WARNINGI bought a 4 piece set for a house that I am renovating and spent $7499. Pawl told me to call two weeks before I needed it delivered. The reno took a while, and once I called him, he said that he needed to look into it. He never called me back. I called him and he said that they no longer carry Z-line appliances although they are still listed on the website. He said that he would give me my money back less a restocking fee, which doesn't make sense, since he didn't hold onto them. I said, fine, but I want the check and the check's tracking number. He now will no longer answer my calls. It is a sad state of affairs that there are people like this in business.

If you're looking for decent prices on appliances but bad customer service, this is your place.  Sales assistant seemed very disinterested.   We got a great refrigerator, exactly what we were looking for, but I could've gotten better service ordering it online. Just our two cents.  Maybe it was a bad day.
