I was told in the actual store that what I was looking for was discontinued and that the "clearance center" has it. I ended up getting in contact with someone via Facebook about my sectional that I wanted more pieces to. When spoke with Mr. *** (I have his info) I was told that it was a special order so it would be MORE than what I originally paid for it. HOW?? correct me if am wrong but "discontinued" would mean it isn't in production anymore so I was confused how it was a special order and how it would cost MORE at the so called "clearance center" than what I paid IN STORE. I confronted the "man" about it and posed the same question and I have yet to hear his reason (excuse). I would love to post my conversation with him on here but I will respect his privacy! The customer service is pathetic at best!! If their was an option for NEGATIVE stars, that's what they would get!

Their prices wasn't reduce at all. Some items were pretty expensive still.
