Review The worst business I have ever dealt with! Every person that we speak to is a big LIAR! Michael Seabrook- SALES MANAGER very communicative when you are trying to purchase something from them, as soon as you agree to purchase and pay them he can NOT be reached, not over the phone, emails or text. Product delayed, half of the order comes in the other half no one knows where it is and when the customer will receive it.We are a small business in San Diego, purchased several high-end units from this business, every order that we had with All State was a problem but last transaction was a huge problem due to delivery and product quality-came in not when promised and damaged-after calling and emailing for weeks with no response Michael Seabrook finally called "to resolve the situation" - we have been promised and agreed to discount for this order -SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 3 MONTH THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE AT ALL STATE APPLIANCE. We are preparing to file a complaint to BBB And Consumer Affairs to Arizona Attorney General.STAY AWAY from this business and from people that work there.

Everything went as planned. They received and stored all our new Thermador appliances. When it came time to install a great crew came and they really knew what they were doing. Hats off to Nancy and Larry at Allstate Appliance for a job well done.
