I ordered and paid for an expensive VIking appliance with frame in January and was told it would possibly be a few weeks for delivery. Two months later the delivery has not been done. First they forgot to order and I had to call several times to check on what was going on. 6+ weeks later, they delivered the microwave but they ordered and delivered the wrong frame. They told me the snowstorm delayed delivery. Really? It snowed one day in Las Vegas, not 2 months and counting. Although they have no trouble taking your money, they have a real challenge with delivering the product. After the wrong frame part was delivered, they blamed in on Viking sending the wrong part. I was told they would have the part overnighted and it would be installed Monday. Of course, they did not show up but instead called Wednesday and promised they would install it Friday between 1 and 3. At 4:30 Friday, they called and said they were unable to deliver because they were under water with another job that wasnt going well. Bottom line they are dishonest and unreliable. I am still waiting for the $300 frame that has been paid for and not delivered. Of course they took my other appliance. The owner and management have not offered any compensation for our inconveniences especially since I had to leave work early for a delivery that did not show up. Maybe they were service orientated in the past, but they certainly arent now. I would steer clear of this business.
