Staff is very friendly & helpful. Community is quiet, landscaping beautiful, and pool is big and kept clean. Very happy living here.

Quail Ridge is a desirable place to live. The manager has outstanding management skills; she is very professional, organized and is always helpful and kind. The grounds are kept clean and tidy. The high level of professionalism was there during the first phone inquiry, and is still there three years later for the resident. Five stars all around

Management is great. Maintenance is very responsive, they addressed my issue in a timely manner. Would definitely rent this place again if I'm back in the area.

Thank you Nayelly for coming back and helping my mom. Due to the language barrier I always had to call on her behalf regarding her rent payment and lease contract. She's very happy and grateful and now she can call at anytime and not wait until I'm available to do so on her behalf. They should always have a Spanish speaker there.
