I just moved where Mercedez is the only one who knows what she is doing. Manager Alejandra is lost, if it weren't for Mercedez we wouldn't receive help. Every time we come he is talking on the phone and watching videos.

Dont be fooled by fake views, lies roaches, new management every 5 months, they were better back in 2012. Save your money.

Do not move here. I've had packages stolen, mailbox broken into, car broken into TWICE, there is trash everywhere that never gets cleaned up and I have been harassed by neighbors. I've only been here 5 months and I am extremely disappointed and scared for my safety.

I do not even know where to begin. * Just stay away* I live here only 3 months, that seems like 3 years. The neighbors above me are CONSTANTLY banging severely on my ceiling, I complained to HOA, the board, and no one is doing anything. Those neighbors are bullying me for 3 months now and nothing to be done. *Mercedes* from the office is a horrible service giver, super ignorant, no human relation whatsoever, even when only asked simple questions. This place is basically bullying the tenants once you're in. No one cares here and no one is taking responsibility for anything and lots of the neighbors are bad, ignorant people.
