The service on 30th and Dodge was much more honest, I would recommend them over 115th and Dodge anytime

No more in store technicians anywhere which creates a huge inconvenience and nightmare for your customers. Went to this location, who directed me to 72nd and Dodge location, also couldn't fix my phone that stopped charging and were very confused why I was even sent there. I have now been on the phone for 2 hours between customer service, the insurance company (who has no idea what is going on), and now an online support person. I have never been more frustrated with a phone company. Please do better.

TMobile. Less coverage so far than Sprint or Verizon where we go. No deals offered when wanting to get a new phone. No repairs anywhere in Omaha. They said maybe in a few weeks there will be a location for that. Long lines. Very little inventory.

I hope this is the store on 114th and Dodge. I have previously been not happy with the one on North 90th and got shut out on the one on South 132nd Street. They were busy on 114th but I was lucky and I got Josh Bolton. He helped me pick out and order a new phone. It will be delivered sometime between the next week or two and then he said I could bring it in and he would help me switch it over. They have a promo going too will you get a free watch just paid $10 a month for it for the service but that is too much new for me to learn... And keep up with charging LOL. He also fixed my fingerprint login and Help me put in a four-digit code instead of getting stuck with my 16 digit password being entered each time. If you need help go see Josh. He did tell me however that he is going to be switching over to helping Sprint customers figure out their new plans and phones.
