Extremely rude. Went in to upgrade my phone and I attempted to walk in and didnt have a mask on. The blonde woman working said you need a mask to go in or I can help you out here. Okay fair enough went to my car to grab a mask because I did not want to sit in 90+ degree weather. Got my mask and attempted to walk in AGAIN and the same blonde lady told me I wasnt allowed to go into the store, even though I had my mask on and the store was virtually empty minus one customer and an abundance of employees. Not only was this woman rude, but the rules they have in place are not very clear. Will definitely frequent another Sprint store in my area before coming back here.

All staff were very friendly and very helpful specially Jess walker.She was very patient and helpful
