Went in it was super busy A representative named Mike made us feel right at home told us it wouldnt be long and it was not he got us in and out excellent customer service would recommend this location to anyone that wants to get in and get out with no nonsense

horrible except for the old guy. the old guy is great and helpful. beware of the young man who works there. he is rude and always has a friend or friends there. My most recent visit was this, i added a second line to my current plan, got a my girlfriend a new phone, employee wouldnt help locate a case nor would help find store that has one., didnt explain anything instead told us to to refer online with a specific question, she walked out and dropped phone and it broke. yes her accident, her fault. we all saw what happened when we turned around hime and friends were laughing and he tossed brohure at me and said "follow these simple instructions". he wouldnt bring up my account info told us to hurry up because was closing in a half hour and then told us to get new masks beacuse they smell like clumsy white people and then said i cant help you she shouldnt have dropped her phone and laughed. thanks boost your losing my family and a few friends as clients, about 15 lines lost today because of that rude childlike boost employee. grow up kid and i hope this never happens to you. treat others as you want to be treated, yes even the white people. thanks.
