Ordered some Chocolate Covered Strawberries for Valentine’s Day. The delivery was never received, not only not received but was never even made. When I called the store said this was actually not their fault the computers failed and the delivery drivers ran out of time. So, on behalf of all the people that paid for a service and did not receive their item thank you Edible Arrangements for screwing us over!!!!!!!

Horrible horrible service!!!! I was gifted flowed and 12 chocolate covered strawberries for our anniversary and first she forgot my flowers and didn’t bring them back house later and they were completely smashed. One of the flowers fell right out. I tried to call and their website says closed at 5 and answering machine says closed at 7 it’s 3:30!!!!! The strawberries were mushy and didn’t take right! The card has ink splattered all over it. My significant other payed way more then he should have I wouldn’t of thought he would of gotten better service! Extremely disappointed! I hope I can get ahold of someone tomorrow and get his money back!
