Not very happy with how she cut my shipoos ears as it was red and scraped and sore inside ears and didn't get water out of his ears which caused infection. Will not be taken him back as he was shaking and more scared then hes ever been to get groomed there.

This is the first I'm hearing of this. Why didn't you contact me. Dusty is a great dog and I did what was instructed. Water itself doesn't cause ear infections unless downtime else is already going on. I wish you would of contacted me immediately so I could see what exactly your talking about. If you ever decide to bring him back you will revive a discount for giving me another chance. I've been grooming him for almost a year and you've always been happy. Call me.. Let's talk
