Keith told us he could have our product in and installed in a week (this was a Saturday). We were in a bind so we jumped at it, even though it was a little more expensive. Unfortunately, 3 days into that week when we needed our floors he let us know he couldn't meet our deadline and got kind of hostile and defensive when we asked him why and began raising his voice and cursing. Tried to stay polite, but ended up letting him know this wasn't what we'd signed up for and we would go somewhere else for our floors. Keith spoke kind of slow and was real noncomittal from the beginning and I thought he had just spent a lot of time in Texas where he used to work; turns out, maybe he's just slow and noncomittal and I would question his worksmanship at this point. Take your chances with this guy. He bought Floorcraft from a previous guy and who knows how long the business will last now.
