      image Purchased carpet for 2 rooms 3 yrs ago. Everything was great until 6 months ago carpet is buckling. The room is the same, nothing has been moved. I am assuming it was not installed correctly.

      Hi Robin, thank you for reaching out to us regarding your concerns. If you will please give us a call at 417-862-3283 we would love to discuss this further and come take a look at the project. We guarantee all carpet installations for 1 year from the date of installation and due to fluctuations in temperature, humidity and other factors it is common for carpeting to need to be re-stretched after a few years. This is generally not an indicator of workmanship, especially if the carpet remained tight for 2 years prior to having any complaints. Again, please give us a call to discuss your options to make your carpeting look new again.
