Great customer service and all the sales talk but the work itself is questionable. It took almost 2 months to get things done. Having to pay up front gives no accountability to be reliable. It took so many calls, frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend this company if you don't want to be disppointed!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Entire job was stressful and poorly managed. First of all, you have to pay for the entire job up front, and there is a reason for that as once they have their money, they could care less about how well the job is done. After the initial visit for measurement, they came to install the carpet and were short on pad material, so the full install didn't happen. The installer came back, and brought his small child with him. The installer damaged our newly painted walls and left hand and scuff marks through out the home (see photos). When we called to discuss with the office, they seemed somewhat sympathetic but did not offer any solution or compensation. On top of that, he ran out of carpet so had to reschedule the install again to finish the job. About two weeks later, a new crew came to finish the install but did not have the transition pieces. We made arrangements to pick up the transition pieces ourselves, as we live about an hour from Springfield. When we arrived, they did not have the pieces there for us to pick up and claimed a communication issue. A week later, they delivered the transition pieces and we had to install them ourselves. Again, no mention of any compensation, or attempt to make any of this right. Less than a month after install, there are visible seams which show signs of separation, and we have to go around and tuck the carpet in under the trim as it is pulling away from the wall already (see photos). We only had the carpet done this time, and were planning to have the plank floor done next, but there is no way we would work with this store again. Terrible service, installation and overall experience. I would not recommend.

Julie was so wonderful! We stopped in to see her and told her what we wanted then we had to go back to Florida to sell our house. We texted and talked on the phone for weeks. She ordered and arranged for the new carpet to be installed in our house before we got back to Springfield. When we got to our new home I could not believe what a great job they did! My master bedroom carpet is perfect. Thank you Julie for being so good at your job.
