After hearing radio commercial about new breakfast wrap on my way to work, I decided to stop in and get the Maple Glazed Bacon, Egg and Cheese Wrap. It was a really big disappointment. Wish I had taken pictures, it looked absolutely nothing like the promotion photo. It was sloppily put together, ingredients was dumped in the center and overcooked and tough to chew. The only redeeming quality of the wrap was the bacon, it had a good flavor.

Probably one of the worst Panera's I've been to. We were there early, probably only 4 or 5 other people there. My bagel took forever (over 15 min) to come out. I finished my bagel and my mocha still hadn't shown up. I went to ask and waiting 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and asked if they could help. They told me they delivered it to the wrong table and couldn't figure out where it went, even though the receipt said "order to table" with the table number on it. They did remake me a new one. Food and drink were good, just disappointing service.

Have ordered delivery many times but they always make the same mistake with my order... send the wrong sizes. Called and they offered a refund which was never actually done. Very disappointed about the service. On top of that, they NEVER seem to have what I want or need. Last week went personally to get some croissant, didnt have any. Two days ago ordered some online, received a call finding out they had none, yet again. Today, made an order of something completely different, had none of it. Are you serious? They never cook or bake anything to keep things on stock. Awful place.

very nice employees. its a panera bread so has their full menu. clean restaurant not far from the arch. i walked from the Marriott desperate for a bagel and latte.
