This place is the pits, to put it mildly. The food is fine. But I can't believe how incredibly disorganized they are. I once placed a delivery order on the telephone that took 8.5 minutes. I ordered one thing. They would set the phone down and talk to each other and not tell me that they were putting me on hold or setting the phone down. So I would be sitting there screaming "hello???" into the phone; never a sorry - never a hold on. Even after 8.5 minutes I had not given them my credit card information. I waited over a minute until the guy picked up and I finally told him to cancel my order. For a place that claims they deliver, they need to work dramatically to improve the customer experience. I will never go here again. And I will tell everyone I know never to go here. Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Disorganized. Good luck to whomever manages this place. Please fire everyone and start over. The worst.
