      image Staff was moving at a snails pace with a line out the door. Took 10min to get my bagel and cream cheese. And then they were out of cream cheese.

      image Theu did not have enough employees working on a Friday night to be able to take orders for customers. All customers had to use the self check out on the tablets. Some customers do not know how to navigate a tablet and it is very difficult for them.

      Note that there is no parking in the immediate vicinity. The location is inside of the student center(lower floor) and lines are often long.
