We had the best experience working with Continental Title. Brandy was incredibly helpful and responsive, amazing to work with. There were a number of challenges we ran into during the sale and she helped navigate them gracefully. 10 out of 10, would do business with them again.

I have been working with Continental Title in South City for almost 10 years on many real estate transactions. They are the best!! They are super reliable, very experienced, organized and make the entire titlework process smooth every time. Can't say how much I appreciate the whole team there in South City on Hampton Ave! Had some hiccups in the beginning but once things were straightend out, everything went smoothly. Everyone was professional, helpful, and courteous. Every question was answered and things were explained through the process.

Had a very positive experience over the phone with a person named Sherry over the phone. I had a question regarding some title/deed paperwork and the representative I spoke to was polite and extremely helpful.

I recently just purchased a house and tried to go through you guys for the title company and it was a nightmare. This is my first home purchase and I was super excited until I got to the part to deal with a title company. I went or tried to go through you guys and called to ask questions and was directed to a Katrina who called herself the Hurricane or something. I originally thought it was weird that someone working with title insurance on a home would say that but that was just the beginning. I then began asking questions as anyone would who isnt familiar With the process and she starting asking me super strange questions. She asked how I received my down payment and how I was able to afford a house that amount which threw me off guard bc I didnt know she had access to all that info of mine. It was almost like she was discriminating against me like I couldnt afford the home I purchased. She told me I should probably call around to find a title company that could better suit my needs. And stated word for word I think youre over your head with this purchase and they couldnt provide me title insurance. I asked my realtor about this and she said this was completely inappropriate behavior and strange and we found another company to work with who gladly helped me close. My realtor actually called the next day to speak to Katrina and they told me they never heard of her. So Im not sure if she was a made up person or maybe her co workers were trying to protect her. But I def remember her by her name and her saying shes like a Hurricane and thought it was weird to refer to her by that. Thank you. I hope Im the future you or your employers wont discriminate someone and ask them personal questions involving the process.
