I've only been with Platinum since April 2022 after moving from one of the largest RE companies in the nation. I love keeping more of my commission, even when I'm charging my friends and family less commission. I no longer need to pay a company to make sure all of my documents are correct since Platinum's Transaction team audits every transaction for clarity and ensure we meet all legal requirements. I'm very happy I made the switch!!

While we were in the middle of a bid offer on a house this realtor put a last minute open house and then reduced the price of the home online. Thinking they could do better instead of talking to us first or declining our offer. Then we found out the realtor called our bank to question our finances and down payment. She lied to our bank and said we had a contract written up. Don't you dare pay these kinds of games with people. Completely unprofessional
