We had an incredible experience with Laura Sanders and her team! We were just starting to look around for a new home when we called Laura to get an idea of what our house might be worth. She came over quickly and presented us with a very professional package about our home and comps. We then unexpectedly found "the house" almost immediately. Our house wasn't quite market-ready, but Laura got it ready in record time! About 18 hours after striking a deal with the sellers, Laura had an entire team of folks descend upon our house to get it ready -- painters, cleaners, photographer. It was amazing! Four days after striking the deal, our house was on the market. Three days later her team held an open house, and by that night it was sold! Plus, Laura got us a great price on our house. Laura and her team lined up a mover for us, and the team helped us every step of the way. We are so grateful to Laura, Lauren, Jenny, Jack, and Tonya for everything they did for us. We would absolutely use the Laura Sanders Team again, and we highly recommend them to others.

Tonya and Laura rescued us with a house we had been trying to sell for over 3 months! Their full concierge service helped us get the house ready to sell in a way that maximized the sale potential and they delivered!
