Kelly is Exceptional!!! The property that we were selling was a second home for us. We lived out-of-state and our absence during the selling process created a lot of extra duties, and most likely headaches, for Kelly! She handled everything with perfection! She was there to help us, she was always patient with us and was more than happy to answer any questions. In addition, she went above and beyond running errands for us, meeting inspectors at the house and simply stopping by to check the house on a regular basis! We encountered several problems throughout the selling process and due to Kellys expertise and recommendations everything was resolved in a timely manner and did not impact our closing date. I truly cannot say enough about how helpful and amazing she was with selling our home. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Kelly if youre in the market to sell/buy a home!

What a wonderful experience. Kelly was a true professional during the entire process. Our first experience with negotiation and purchasing a Short Sale property. Short Sales can be a long and scary process. Kelly made this just the opposite. We appreciate the help in navigating the success of this transaction. Kellys diligence and attention to details is exactly what was needed. Our many questions were answered with clarity and straightforwardness. The most important thing for us was communication. Kelly was readily available, got back to us right away, and always had a can do attitude. We have known Kelly for years and could not ask to be in better hands. Thank you Kelly!!

Kelly was incredible to work with as my husband and I searched for our first home together. We had an endless amount of questions and Kelly was always so patient and kind with us. She made house shopping during these crazy times enjoyable. Without her we wouldn't have found our perfect home. (:
