        I have twice used this budget location. The first time I tried to use my uberone membership for booking and Uber, not Budget, made a huge mess of that. In under 30 minutes the helpful staff had me on the road, in a better car at a better price by showing me how to use Budget Fast Break. They are now my go to car rental place. Always friendly, helpful and efficient.

        Charlotte is the best! She is friendly and so accommodating. It started snowing on the delivery of my return and Charlotte allowed me to sit in the office(after she closed) to wait more than 30 minutes for my husband to get to the location.

        This location is very personable, they are welcoming, professional, and very importantly polite!! Charlotte and Heather make this Budget/Avis location A+++, I will fly into St.Louis and completely skip over the airport location just because of the customer service!
