Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Seem to take advantage of corporate accounts and give you the worst thing on the lot. I will be asking for a different location next time.

The absolute worst place ever. Twice now we have rented a TRANSIT van, get to enterprise, pay and the come out with a passenger van. They had no good excuse both times. We called the day before we needed it to CONFIRM it was a transit van and they said yes everything is set. And yesterday we get there and they do the same thing. We ended up with something we didnt want after we called & confirmed. They think that a little discount will fix the mistakes they continue to make. They are horrible and we will never be back

The team at South County location was excellent. Summer Jacobs and Zachary Bauer got me out and in very quickly. The car performed as expected. I will continue to patronize Enterprise Rent-A-Car whenever I need to rent a car.

Enterprise is the WORST. I had a confirmed reservation for a minivan rental from Mid America Airport. I got a call this morning questioning why I don't have a flight number associated with my reservation, and telling me they don't have availability. The reservation agent I called confirmed it, and I have a confirming email. I am trying to rent a minivan because my grandkids are in town, and I am NOT FLYING IN. There is no flight number because I live locally, but that obviously never occurred to the good people at Enterprise, so they didn't take my reservation seriously. They are the WORST.
