Refused to run a diagnostic.
Update
After I had asked why they wouldn't work on my car all I got was and I quote "because I don't" so I hung up and moved on to different shops. Was asking why simply because I didn't understand why and was looking for a professional response or reasoning as to why you don't work on mercedez.
