I could definitely tell theres been a management change at this location. I used to avoid this location due to some unpleasant experiences, but I was thrilled with my visit today. The staff is kind and the store is clean. Ill return for the great service alone.

Russell took excellent care of me and my vehicle and it is running much better now. They also lent me their courtesy van so I wouldn't have to miss work. Thank you Russell and the U.S. Automotive team in ozark mo.

CHECK THEIR BETTER BUSINESS REVIEWS. At the sunshine location of this company: Had my car for over two weeks before they got to it. Had to have it towed since it wouldnt start and would have to have it towed to move elsewhere is what they told me. Charged over $800 for a diagnostic fee to be told nothing was wrong with my car. Tried to discuss the bill and they were dismissive, said they could offer financing if I couldnt afford it. My issue is they wouldnt explain the bill AND THEY DIDNT FIX ANYTHING. They would not discuss further and Terry threatened me with a mechanic lean on the title. All around terrible experience. I would also like to add that when my partner when in to discuss Terry threatened to call the police on us. We were calm and had our children with us. Once again, just awful.
